Raimondi Cranes SpA, established in 1863, will be exhibiting onsite at CONEXPO-CON/AGG in Las Vegas, Nevada. “This is the first time in the history of Raimondi Cranes that we’ve taken steps to increase our visibility in North America. By confirming our participation in the 2017 edition of CONEXPO-CON/AGG, we are signaling to the markets of Canada and the United States that we are looking to cultivate strong, new relationships, while simultaneously developing upon cooperative efforts with our existing client base. Our entire executive team, including the company’s technical specialists, together with export and aftersales care experts, will be onsite at the Raimondi booth to liaise with existing and prospective customers,” said Eng. Domenico Ciano, Technical Director, Raimondi Cranes.
“As an Italian heritage brand that has now transitioned into a more advanced technical space by implementing research-based design into our latest product launches, the luffing LR213 and the MRT159, we believe it’s now time to increase our North American activities.” Raimondi Cranes will be situated onsite at Silver 1-2, booth S5035 for the duration of the event commencing on March 7 and ending on March 11. “The 2017 CONEXPO-CON/AGG, co-located with the 2017 IFPE exposition, is a terrific opportunity for Raimondi to further its re-entry in the respective North American markets. We are dedicating considerable resources to re-establishing Raimondi’s heavy lifting market share in both the United States and in Canada, and our on-the-ground participation at the event is just one part of our planned activations targeting those regions,” added Ciano, referencing a recent tour of Raimondi’s Italian headquarters by prospective Canadian clients organized by Raimondi agent Meridion Group Inc.
According to the organizers, the 2017 edition of CONEXPO-CON/AGG expects more than 2,500 exhibitors from every sector of the construction industry. The trade fair, held every three years, spans 2,500,000 sq. ft. and boasts over 150 educational sessions including segments on asphalt, aggregates, concrete, earthmoving, lifting, mining, and utilities over the course of four days. Staged at the Las Vegas Convention Center, CONEXPO-CON/AGG attributes 63 per cent of its attendance to contractors, with 44 per cent of attendees reporting employment at the executive level across various construction and construction-related fields.
