As an organization committed to foster a positive work environment and to supporting employees, Raimondi Cranes held its first in-house Summer Camp.

Developed for the children of company employees, the interactive camp was hosted at company headquarters in Arluno, Milan, and introduced the children to the world of tower cranes.

The week-long activation also imparted knowledge about the work of their parents as a “day in the life of”, alongside English language training.

Introducing children to the world of tower cranes, the camp included educational sessions, interactive games, storytelling, in a safe and fun learning environment.

As part of the program, special sessions were held for employees to share their experiences and provide a glimpse into their respective job roles.

By facilitating these interactions, the Summer Camp fostered a sense of pride, and inspired the children while helping them with understand their parents’ contributions, and the significance of their work.
